Description of role with eOne Licensing ANZ:

eOne Licensing are looking to grow their licensing team by recruiting a Licensing Assistant reporting to the General Manager. This Melbourne based role will focus on providing essential administrative support to General Manager, Licensing Manager and Brand Executive, to ensure the continued growth and expansion of the licensing program. This role is a varied role working across licensing, marketing & product development.

Main responsibilities:

  • To facilitate the efficient running of the licensing & marketing teams by managing day-to-day administrative needs
  • Collation and distribution of samples & images for sales purposes
  • Providing adhoc creative and marketing support (which will require familiarisation with the characteristics of the brands and artwork across all of our properties).
  • Maintain & update general brand fact sheets, marketing documents & presentations and distribute accordingly
  • Ensure internal status reports, licensee lists, retail listings and other relevant licensing databases and reports are updated and distributed
  • Maintaining contracts tracking system
  • Work with UK legal department to manage illegal merchandise procedures
  • Processing expenses & raising purchase orders
  • Support product development and artwork approval process
  • Maintain financial records, follow up royalty reports & outstanding payments and communicate with UK Finance team
  • Coordination of trade shows and eOne events & presentations
  • Assist with PR release coordination and media samples as required
  • Upkeep of company contacts
  • Manage all product samples, storage and office supplies
  • Assisting in partner communication
  • Management with adhoc product requests
  • General reception support, diary management, appointments & office maintenance
  • Assist General Manager & overall licensing team where required

Core Competencies:

Candidate profile:

  • Experience in a licensing or similar background desirable but not essential
  • Desire to learn more about licensing
